Mentoring

The role of the mentor is to share experience and hard-won knowledge in order to help you or your organisation.  The road to success can be strewn with pitfalls and traps. A mentor has already been down that road, and so can help you avoid the problems that might trip you up.

One-to-one mentoring is a very personal thing, so we’ll do everything we can to find the right person for you, or if we can’t, then to recommend where you might look. There’s no benefit to us in offering the wrong kind of mentoring, so we’d rather send you somewhere else than have you work with someone who isn’t exactly right.
